Junior Sales Consultants are Sales Consultants in training. You will learn to sell clients on our services by calling general managers at Ford dealerships across the nation to find out what their inventory needs are. You will use phone, email, fax, text, or instant message to communicate with them throughout deals. You will be required to maintain a daily phone time quota, participate in daily morning meetings, and expected to do business with dealers in each of the states that you are given. Successful candidates must have an outgoing personality, be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone, able to think quickly when faced with a decision, maintain a positive attitude, able to be persuasive, and willing to go above and beyond to meet both personal goals and company goals. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
